Cookie Policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026
The short version
Paid30 uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage. We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not share browsing behaviour with anyone. That is why you do not see a cookie consent banner: under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), consent is not required for cookies that are essential to deliver a service you have asked for.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. We refer to all of them as “cookies” in this policy.
2. Cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Authentication session | Keeps you signed in to your Paid30 account as you move between pages. Without it you would be signed out on every click. | Strictly necessary | Until you sign out, or up to 30 days |
| Security / anti-abuse tokens | Protects sign-in, invoice sending and payment pages against forged requests and automated abuse. | Strictly necessary | Session |
| Local preferences | Remembers small interface choices, such as your last-used discount window, stored in your browser only. | Strictly necessary | Until you clear your browser storage |
| Panel layout (sidebar_state) | Remembers whether a side panel in your account was left open or closed, so the screen looks the same when you come back. | Strictly necessary (preference) | 7 days |
3. Cookies set by Stripe
When a customer pays an invoice, the payment is completed in a window hosted by Stripe. The cookies Stripe sets there are strictly necessary to take the payment securely and to prevent fraud — without them the payment cannot be completed, so no consent choice applies to them either. They are set by Stripe on its own pages, not by Paid30, and are covered by Stripe’s cookie and privacy policies. Paid30 never receives card details.
4. Cookies we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No third-party analytics or heatmap tools.
- No social media tracking pixels.
- No cross-site profiling of you or the customers you invoice.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because the cookies we use are essential, blocking them will stop you from signing in and using your account. Blocking cookies does not stop a customer from viewing an invoice payment page.
6. Changes and contact
If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page. Questions about cookies can go to support@paid30.com. See also our privacy policy.
